All in-stock orders ship from Wisconsin, USA the same day if an order is placed by 1:00pm CT (excluding weekends & holidays and orders with custom engraving).
UPS or USPS Shipping Rates do not necessarily apply to Special Orders shipping directly from Germany, Custom Orders or Quantity Discount Orders. Please call for a freight/overseas shipping quote.
Orders shipping to APO, FPO or DPO addresses will ship via the USPS and will be insured by us for a maximum of $250.00 USD. In the case of lost/damage or theft in excess of $250.00 the buyer/recipient is responsible for initiating a claim with the US Post Office for reimbursement.

Return Policy and Shipment Damage Claim Information
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it. All claims must be made within 60 days of receipt of goods*. Goods must be returned (posted) within 10 days of claim or no refund will be granted. After 10 days we may return the goods or offer a store credit at our discretion. On returns, the customer will be refunded the item's purchase price and applicable tax. This excludes any shipping charges. If an order or partial order with our Free Shipping option is returned, we will deduct our actual shipping cost from the refund amount. We maintain the right to inspect returned merchandise to determine whether replacement or adjustments are valid. Be sure to inspect your merchandise before returning. Please include date of purchase or invoice/packing slip and reason in your claim. No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization. All returns must be shipped prepaid, in the item's origin
