This German advent calendar with glitter accents depicts a snow covered village in the country. Children feed a fawn milk while others toss walnuts to the squirrels. Townsfolk sing carols by the candlelit Christmas tree.
The Christmas tree is printed on a parchment style paper and will "glow" when the calendar is placed in a window.
The detailed picture has 24 little doors to open. Each door has a little picture behind it. The tradition is to open one door each day from December 1 thru December 24. Children love to open a door a day as they count down to Christmas.
