This impressive German advent calendar is extra tall at 23.5 inches! This calendar depicts a lighthouse decked out for Christmas. A festive garland spirals up the iconic red & white striped tower. Bears, cats, dogs and various other animals celebrate the joyous season. Santa in a sailboat enlists the help of seagulls complete with little Santa hats to distribute gifts to the lighthouse inhabitants. The lighthouse candle burns brightly guiding ships to their Christmas destinations.

The detailed picture has 24 little doors to open. Each door has a little picture behind it. The tradition is to open one door each day from December 1 thru December 24. Children love to open a door a day as they count down to Christmas.
