The Bavarian castle of Neuschwanstein is depicted in hand painted accents on this Christmas beer stein.  The surrounding mountain peaks are coated with fresh winter snow and the sides bear bouquets of the traditional alpine Edelweiss flowers.  The handle also bears Edelweiss framing the words "Froehliche" (Merry) on one side and "Weihnachten" (Christmas) on the other.

This stein features a dark cobalt blue background on each side with 24K gold accents framing the castle scene and relief decoration.
