Northcote Imports LLC has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Sales Tax

Northcote Imports LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate in Wisconsin for orders shipping within or to Wisconsin.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it. All claims must be made within 60 days of receipt of goods*. Goods must be returned within 10 days of claim or no refund will be granted. On returns, the customer will be refunded only the item/s purchase price excluding any shipping charges. We maintain the right to inspect returned merchandise to determine whether replacement or adjustments are valid. Be sure to inspect your merchandise. Please include date of purchase and reason in your claim. No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization. All returns must be shipped prepaid and in original condition and in the item's original packaging, and appropriately insured, no C.O.D. will be accepted. Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned goods.

An order may be canceled at any time before it ships (excludes custom orders, orders shipping from Germany and orders with engraving*). There are no charges for cancellations prior to shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for orders canceled after shipment.

Any shipping damage or potential shipping damage needs to be reported to us within 7 business days. If not done so, the buyer assumes responsibility for filing a claim with the carrier/shipping company for any shipping damages.

*Cancellations/Returns for Custom Decorated, Engraved or Special Order Items: Custom order, special order and engraving order cancellations must be in written form and be made prior to the production of decals, screen printing, shipment from Germany and/or engraving for a full refund.  Custom order deposits are non-refundable once decal/screen printing production has begun.  Special order deposits are non-refundable once items are shipped from Germany.  Shipped custom orders, special orders and engraved orders are non-returnable/non-refundable.  Any shipping damage or potential shipping damage needs to be reported to us within 7 business days. If not done so, the buyer assumes responsibility for filing a claim with the carrier/ shipping company for any shipping damages. Northcote Imports LLC reserves the right to cancel any order at anytime. All merchandise remains the property of Northcote Imports LLC until paid in full.
