E-mail Artwork/Logo and Engraving Information to: customerservice@northcoteimports.com **If you are unsure if your file is in vector format, email us your logo/artwork and we would be happy to let you know or click to open the .pdf below for an explanation.**     Vector vs Pixel File Formats .pdf Preferred File Formats/type: Vector file with the extension: .eps (Encapsulated PostScript) or .ai (Adobe Illustrator) The art for engraving needs to be a black & white line drawing with no gradients. Other types of image file formats (ie: .jpg, .tiff, .bmp...) are acceptable but will incurr the $45.00 Art Fee, as we will need to re-draw the art in vector format. Helpful tips: A high resolution file is preferable if vector format is not possible. Please convert text to curves or outlines in a vector file, as we may not have your font on file.  Important Information: When submitting your artwork, you are agreeing to the fact that you are in ownership of or have permission to use the logo/decoration supplied.  Northcote Imports LLC is not responsible for any infringement upon existing copyrights.
