Cancellations/Returns: Custom order cancellations must be in written form and be made prior to the production of decals and/or screen printing for a full refund.  Custom order deposits are non-refundable once decal/screen printing production has begun.  Shipped custom orders are non-returnable/non-refundable.  Any shipping damage or potential shipping damage needs to be reported to us within 7 business days. If not done so, the buyer assumes responsibility for filing a claim with the carrier/ shipping company for any shipping damages.
